Our doctoral program in mechanical engineering will further your knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and tools. You'll refine your ability to identify, model, analyze and prescribe novel solutions to complex engineering problems. The program promotes advances in experimental and computational areas. You'll learn to address industry and academic demands in robotics and mechatronics, thermal sciences, advanced manufacturing, and biomedical engineering. Our Industry Fellows Program will enable you to do dissertation work while on the job with a global company, helping ensure employment when you graduate.
