The Doctor of Philosophy in physics furthers your knowledge of classical and quantum mechanics, statistical physics and electromagnetic theory. You will develop theoretical knowledge and research skills in materials science, nanoscience, accelerator physics and particle physics to prepare you for a career in professional physics, applied physics or teaching.
